The Scarsdale diet is one of a group of decoupled diets that are based on selective combination of foods. With this medical diet can lose an average of 1 kilo per day, and up to 10 kilos in two weeks.    
This diet is made in two stages:     
Weight loss plan: 15 days for healthy people who wish to lose a few pounds of weight.     
Weight maintenance plan: This plan is a continuation of the first and is aimed at people who "really" need to lose more kilos. Can be repeated after 2 weeks, after which you must start with the plan for 15 days.
